Terms of Use
This End User License Agreement governs your use of TOS (TasteOverTime), provided by Aomiro KK. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
License
Aomiro KK grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TOS on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, rent or sell the app, or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Aomiro KK.
Intellectual property
The TOS name, logo, design and all app content provided by us are owned by Aomiro KK. Recipes and photos you add remain yours.
No warranty
TOS is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aomiro KK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if you fail to comply with these terms, after which you must stop using and delete the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aomiro KK is registered.
